NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. SUBJECT TO FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1.  START DATE AND END DATE: The sweepstakes begins on 1/15/2025 at 12:00am Central Time and ends on 1/31/2025 at 11:59 pm Central Time.

2.  ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the United States and D.C., excluding New York and Florida residents, 21 years of age and older as of the start date of this sweepstakes. Guest Speakers and All One Nurse Host (the “Sponsor”), and each of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, consultants, and agents, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person, and any others engaged in the launch of this sweepstakes (collectively, with Sponsor, the “Sweepstakes Parties”) are not eligible to participate. Social media platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) do not endorse and are not sponsors of or affiliated with this sweepstakes. Void outside the 50 United States and D.C. and where prohibited.

3.  THREE WAYS TO ENTER: 

1. Social Media Contest: Follow All One Nurse social media account, like the giveaway post, and tag 2 friends in the comments, and subscribe to the All One Nurse podcast on designated podcast platform.
2. Email Subscription: Subscribe to the All One Nurse newsletter via www.allonenurse.com. One subscriber will be randomly selected to win a signed book.
3. Podcast Review: Leave a review of the All One Nurse podcast on their preferred platform (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.). From the day that the giveaway starts, any new podcast reviews for any All One Nurse episodes on all podcast platforms will be eligible. Take a screenshot of their review and send it via email allonenurse@gmail.com or direct message on social media account.

4.  DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about February 4, 2025 (the “Drawing Date”) to select the winners from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified by social media account or email address and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 72 hours of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the prize and Sponsor will have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. All federal and state laws apply.

5. ODDS OF WINNING: Explain the odds of winning based on the number of entries received. 3.

–With 25 entries, the participant has a 12% chance of winning one of the three giveaways. 

–With 50 entries, the participant has a 6% chance of winning one of the three giveaways.

–With 100 entries, participants will have a 3% chance of winning (0.03) one of three giveaways.

–With 1,000 entries, participants will have a 0.3% chance of winning. 

6.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and release and hold the Sweepstakes Parties, Facebook and Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Sweepstakes Parties, Facebook and Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.

7.  PRIZES: 

Winners will be drawn for the following prize:

• 1 of 3 Signed copies of Tiffany Cannon’s book, “A Journey Through The Supernatural Healing”.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: US$49.02

The prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.

Limit one prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only two (2) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

8.  CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Washington, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts of the State of Washington, sitting in Seattle.

9.  WINNERS LIST: For the names of all prize winners, available after 2/4/2025 that is 4 days after end date, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your request to Sponsor address. Attention: All One Nurse Giveaway- Tiffany’s Book
